Notice on Delays in International Mail and Korea Post Deliveries

Hello, this is to inform you about the current delivery situation. Due to a recent fire at the Daejeon Data Center, the national resource system has been disrupted. As a result, Korea Post’s network is not operating normally, causing delays in both parcel acceptance and delivery.
In particular, international parcels to the United States have been temporarily suspended, except for those sent via UPS. International mail services through Korea Post are currently limited, and items that have already been accepted cannot be processed according to the usual schedule.
Here is the current situation:
Most international mail services, including EMS and parcel post, are delayed
Additional delays may occur due to flight shortages and entry restrictions in each country
To the United States, only UPS shipments are available at this time
The system is expected to be restored gradually, and services will return to normal step by step. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this time.
